On a ridge in gently rolling grassland near NE limits of Tuam town (GA029-199----). Poorly preserved shell of a three-storey circular windmill (D 3.3m, H c. 6m) with opposing doorways at N and S. The 1st and 2nd floors are lit by four single-light rectangular windows at each of the cardinal points. A similar windmill (GA029-0191----) lies c. 870m to W.
