In level grassland. Well-preserved subcircular rath (N-S 46m, E-W 37.5m) defined by a bank. A field bank encircles the monument from SW to NW. Either of two gaps at N and S could be original. Thereis a probable souterrain (GA028-036001-) in the interior. Immediately NE is another ringfort (GA028-035----).
