What is recorded here

In an area of bogland and outcropping rock on the summit of Ben Levy, overlooking a small lake to the NW. This subcircular cairn (diam. c. 10m; H c. 4m), constructed of loose stone, is fairly well preserved. Six large boulders evident near its base in the E sector appear to have been thrown there. On the summit some of the cairn material has been used to construct a small enclosure (diam. c. 1m; H c. 1m). Compiled by: Olive Alcock Date of upload: 9 February 2017
