Close to the saddle-point of Mám Tuirc, the northern of the three mountain passes from Joyce Country into Connemara proper. Known locally as Tobar Feichín, it consists of a natural spring, the source of the stream running E into Gleann Glaise. It is covered by a small, but collapsed, stone structure and there is a small cairn beside it to E. Noted by O'Flaherty in 1684 (Hardiman 1846, 121) (info. T. Robinson). Not visited.
