What is recorded here

Recorded by Fisher (2014, 220, no. 48, Fig. 7.8), this incomplete undecorated cruciform cross-slab (H 0.32m; Wth 0.16m; T 0.04m) of garnet mica-schist was found in rubble to the SW of ‘Cell B’, the clochan (GA021-026013-) to the E of the church (GA021-026014-) on High Island. The slab is split down the middle and broken at the top and bottom. One damaged side-arm survives. It is possible that the cross-base (GA021-026071-) may be the lower part of this cross-slab (ibid., 222). Compiled by: Olive Alcock Date of upload: 20 November 2015
