Recorded by Fisher (2014, 220, no. 47, Fig. 7.8), this cross-slab (H 0.4m; Wth 0.24m; T 0.05m) of garnet mica-schist was found in the rubble in the vicinity of the church (GA021-026014-) on High Island. It is broken at both ends and is undecorated. A curved notch along one edge suggests that it may have been cruciform in shape. It is now in the care of the OPW (Athenry depot, Co. Galway, see GA084-151026-).
