On E slopes of a rise surrounded by bogland from N through S to W. Described by Neary (1914, 114, no. 140), as a much-ravelled 'circular, earthen fort'; known locally as 'Cloonagh Small Fort'. 'From a small arc', defined by a scarp, fosse and outer bank, he inferred the 'diameter of the garth was 120ft [36.5m]' (ibid.). No visible surface trace survives.
