What is recorded here

On a rise in otherwise low-lying grassland. Overgrown circular rath (D 32.5m), in fair condition, defined by a scarp, intervening fosse and outer bank. Quarrying has encroached upon the enclosing elements from NNW to NNE. A probable souterrain (GA017-015001-) is associated. Earthworks (GA017-017---- and GA017-016----) lie c. 220m to WNW and 250m to S respectively.
