What is recorded here

On a slight rise in undulating pastureland overlooking bogland to N and S. Marked on OS 6-inch maps as a circular enclosure and classified by Neary (1914, 123, no. 153) as a 'Circular, earthen fort'. All that survives is a barely discernible rise (D c. 36m), outside of which traces of a fosse are visible.
