What is recorded here

Encompassing a hillock in undulating grassland. Poorly preserved subcircular rath (E-W 21m, N-S 19m) defined by a degraded bank from NE through S to NW, and elsewhere by a straightened-off scarp. There is a possible souterrain (GA016-115001-) within the interior. The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Galway Vol. II - North Galway'.
