Located in the graveyard (GA009D014002-) associated with the early monastic foundation at the SE end of Inisbofin Island. This is one of two crosses (see also GA009D014012-) recorded by Higgins (1987, ii, 423, no. 129) who described them as plain cruciform-shaped stones possibly of early Christian date.
