Some 220m SW of a ringfort (GA005-056----). Well-preserved subcircular rath (N-S 36m, E-W 34m) defined by a bank and external fosse; the latter is visible only at SW. A gap at SE may be original. A rectangular structure, now ruined, was built on the line of the bank at N. A number of gravel pits are also visible at N. (Neary 1914, 119, no. 22)
