Within a children’s burial ground (GA005-035007-) associated with the church (GA005-035002-). This rectangular limestone cross-slab (L 0.9m; Wth 0.35m; T 0.07m) was recorded by Higgins (1987, ii, 318, no. 44). It bears a two-line Greek cross, the arms of which are open at the sides of the slab. The stone had originally been upright but, according to local information, it was reused to cover the grave of the last child to be buried in the burial ground in the late 1950s. A tau cross (GA005-035006-) was also reused as a grave-marker.
