What is recorded here

Archaeological excavations in 2001 revealed a dwelling located by a former river course. Artifacts from the dwelling included Cordoned Ware/Early Beaker pottery (Clinton 2003, 87). Compiled by: Geraldine Stout and Padraig Clancy. Revised upload on: 26 May 2018.

The monument record does not grant public access. Check the route and ask the landowner before entering private land.

The map shows the centre of the officially named townland area, not the monument. The government record does not identify the exact monument point.
