Situated in boggy, furze covered and boulder strewn terrain on a W-facing slope with views of Piperstown Hill to the N and Glenasmole to the SW. An enclosure marked as a circular setting of stones (diam. c. 24m) on the 1843 OS 6-inch map. Not visible at ground level.
