Located on the N-facing slope of Saggart Hill at a point known as Knockaniller. Shown on the 1843 OS 6-inch map as a circular enclosure. This site lay to the SW of the passage tombs at Knockaniller (DU024-005001-, DU024-005002-). Kilbride-Jones (ITA Survey 1939) described it as a raised, perfectly flat-topped, circular platform, surrounded by a circular fosse which was uninterrupted (diam.28m; H 0.95m). The area has been planted with trees leaving no visible trace at ground level. (Healy 1975, 1-19).

This monument is subject to a preservation order made under the National Monuments Acts 1930 to 2014 (PO no. 153/1940).
This remains an important historical record, but the official description says the monument is no longer visible or has been destroyed.
