Recumbent graveslab of the Finnegan family lying inside the medieval church ruins at Kill of the Grange (DU023-015001-). The late 17th-century graveslab is lying flat on the surface of the church floor adjoining the inner face of the S wall of the nave. The inscription on the rectangular-shaped graveslab reads; 'Here Lyeth ye Body of Jane Finigan who departed this life the 12 day of September in ye year our Lord God Anno Domini 1692 And Also Here Lyeth ye Body of Peter Finigan Who Departed This Life The 12 Day June in Ye Year Of Our Lord God Anno Domini 1694 This Stone Was Caused To Be Made By Bryan Finigan For Him And His Posteritie' Compiled by: Caimin O'Brien Date of upload: 18 July 2023
