No. 11 South Frederick Street is an early 18th-century house (NIAH No. 50100079; RPS No. 2985) listed as a Dutch Billy type house identified and listed by Dublin Civic Trust in the Survey of Gable-Fronted Houses & Other Gable Fronted Buildings (2012). Described by the NIAH as; 'a two-bay four-storey former house over basement, built c. 1755, modified c. 1810 and restored c. 1995 and having single-pitched four-storey closet return to middle of rear. Half-hipped slate roof on cruciform plan, running perpendicular to street, behind brick parapet with granite coping'.
