What is recorded here

A three-storey mid-terrace house of three bays on a c.6m wide plot, c.9m height to front parapet, built c. 1720-30 (Dublin Civic Trust, 2012). The angled chimney breasts to upper floors, staircase with barley-twist balustrades and the outline of original cruciform roof structure evident on W party wall with No.19, all suggest a former ‘Dutch Billy’ typology.

The monument record does not grant public access. Check the route and ask the landowner before entering private land.
