What is recorded here

A three-storey mid-terrace house of three bays on a c.6m wide plot, c.10m height to front parapet, built c. 1680-1730 (Dublin Civic Trust, 2012). The position of the chimneybreast centred on N party wall, the roof form, front and rear fenestration and the location of the staircase suggests a former gable-fronted ‘Dutch billy’ style typology.

The monument record does not grant public access. Check the route and ask the landowner before entering private land.
