What is recorded here

De Courcy (1996, 68) records that in 1718 six Dublin doctors founded a charitable infirmary in Cook Street 'to heal and cure poor and distressed objects of this city.' In 1728 they moved to a house designed for them on Inns Quay and in 1796 moved again, this to Jervis Street. The location of the infirmary on Inns Quay is shown on Rocque's plan of the city (1756).
