What is recorded here

Donnycarney Bridge (1896) which spans the Donnycarney river, replaced an ancient stone structure known as Scurlogues Bridge (Wren 1983, 28-29). There are no visible remains at ground level. Compiled by : Geraldine Stout Upload date: 29 September 2011

This remains an important historical record, but the official description says the monument is no longer visible or has been destroyed.

The monument record does not grant public access. Check the route and ask the landowner before entering private land.
