Locally known as 'St. Pappin's Well. Described by Ó Danachair (1958, 78-9) as; 'in a private garden just outside the grounds of the C. of I. church of Santry. The well is below ground level and reached by a flight of steps. No devotions now, but still known as a holy well'.
