Situated in a raised position within a walled graveyard. All that survives of this church at Chapelmidway is the base of the west Tower. It is built of roughly coursed limestone blocks (H 2.3m). Ground floor is entered through a plain segmental-arched opening in the east wall. This opens into a barrel vaulted chamber (int. dims.4.1m E-W, 4.2m N-S, H 2.1m). There is a mural chamber in a projection at north end of western wall and a stone spiral staircase in the SW projection which has been stabilised and rebuilt. A scar of the former church gable is visible on the E wall. Foundations can be traced over an area c. 8m E of the tower. According to Joyce (1890, 40) this was a subsidiary chapel to Kilsallaghan (DU011-011001-).
