Named 'site of R. c. chapel' on the OS 1837 edition. Located on wasteland to the rear of a house and garden adjacent to track way that extends along the edge of Rogerstown estuary. This is an oval-shaped platform (diam. c. 50m, H 1m) with a rectangular hollow in E end. According to local tradition St. Mochuda built a church close to his well which lies S of the site (Ó Danachair 1958, 80, Healy 1975, 21). Overgrown.
