Annotated 'Lady Well' on 1837 edition of the OSi 6-inch map. Located in low-lying field of tillage 70m S of Gracedieu Augustinian Nunnery (DU007-015001-). St. Bridget's Well (DU007-015003-) 220m to NNE. No surface remains visible. Site of Lady Well described in 1958 as; 'It is now a little dry hollow in a clump of briars but is still known by name in the district. No other tradition survives' (Ó Danachair 1958, 73). Site of well described in 1975 as 'has disappeared. Site of it was in middle of ploughed fields' (Henry A. Wheeler 15/05/1975, SMR File).No longer venerated (Healy 1975, 19).
