Circular-shaped quarry (approx. diam. 40m ) with access road to N as depicted on the 1837 ed. OSi six-inch map.  Hachured as a larger rectangular-shaped quarry (approx. dims. 65m N-S x 25m E-W) area on the last edition of the OSi six-inch map and on the 25-inch OSi map.  Area of scrubland visible of disused historic quarry on the 2013-18 MapGenie orthoimage.   Compiled by: Caimin O'Brien
