What is recorded here

Excavations in 2002 revealed remnants of a circular structure (diam.7m) with a porch -like entrance in the south-east. It was defined by a double ring of seven postholes. The entrance consisted of an arrangement of four large posts, two internal and two external. Finds from the house include a small, polished porcellanite axehead, five flint waste flakes and sherds of Middle Bronze age pottery (Byrne, 2003, 136).
