Mass rock built into the S face of rock outcrop with good views to the S. Monument consists of a flat slab (L 0.85m ; Wth 0.55m) resting on top of a dry stone wall (H 0.6m) surviving three courses high to form a low altar which is known locally as a mass rock (pers. comm. Sean O'Beirne). The altar has been built into the S side of a rock face with good views of Teelin Bay to the SW.
