Located a few metres N of the N shoreline of Lough Fad. Large earthfast rectangular shaped boulder (dims. 1.55m x 1.05m x H 0.55m) decorated with a large central cup-mark (diam. 0.07m; D 0.02m) defined by a double line incised C-shaped ring (diam. 0.26m) with three other smaller cup marks with partial rings also visible. There are at least two other possible cup marks without enclosing rings visible on the surface of the rock.
