Situated on S facing slope of rising ground in area with high concentration of rock art. Nearby standing stone (DG004-047) and rock art (DG004-064/002-) 180m to the NW and panel of rock art (DG004-078) 38m to N. Sheet of exposed bedrock with a large weathered cupmark (diam. 0.05m) with 3 rings (overall diam. 0.24m) visible on the surface of rock. There are a further 6 cupmarks visible on the same sheet of bedrock and a second well preserved cup (diam. 0.09m) and ring (diam. 0.17m) motif located 0.7m away from the cup mark with multiple rings. The rest of this rock outcrop is covered with turf which may conceal further cup and ring motifs.
