Excavated in advance of construction of the N9/N10 Kilcullen-Waterford Road (Excavation Licence number E3767). Eighteen pits were discovered, five of which contained occasional fragments of burnt bone and may have represented token cremation pits. (O' Carroll E. 2010, 21) Reference: O' Carroll E.
