Excavated in advance of construction of the N9/N10 Kilcullen-Waterford Road (Excavation Licence number E2594), a pit (L 1.2m; Wth 0.6m; D 0.33m) initially interpreted as containing human burnt bone but post excavation analysis identified it as animal bone. (Hughs J. 2009, 49, Moloney C. 2009, 3)
