What is recorded here

An ogham stone fragment was discovered in 1875 in the gateway pier in 'Glebe of Hacketstown' (Macalister 1945, 19). The present location of this fragment is unknown. (Brindley and Kilfeather 1993, no. 506) Compiled by: Nora White Date of upload: 12 September 2016

The monument record does not grant public access. Check the route and ask the landowner before entering private land.

The map shows the centre of the officially named townland area, not the monument. The government record does not identify the exact monument point.
