Marked on all OS eds. The NW well is a small subrectangular spring well, open at SE and lined on three sides with stone and on the fourth with natural rock. A second well lies 10m to SE. This is a large, shallow pool faced with drystone masonry and natural rock. A nearby outcrop called Carraig Crom may refer to the mythological pre-Christian idol Crom Cruaich (local information).
