Irregular spread of loose burnt sandstone and dark charcoal-flecked loam. This site has been levelled. It underlay a field ditch. The site differed from other fulachta fiadh in that it was located on dry level ground and was some distance from water. The spread had approximate dimensions of 12m by 6m, was c. 0.08m below sod and c. 0.1m deep.
