Depicted as a tree-ring on OS 1836 and 1876 eds. Raised circular area (int. diam.34m) enclosed by a much-denuded, narrow, low earthen bank and vague traces of a fosse. Wide break in bank at NE may represent original entrance. Internal area has been planted with conifers. Most likely a rath later planted with trees.
