The early monastic church and the parish church of Moybologue are within a circular graveyard (diam. c. 70m E-W; 68m N-S) defined by a drystone wall (at N: Wth 1m; int. H 1.4m; ext. H 1.4m) with a masonry wall (Wth 0.6m; int. H 0.9m; ext. H 1.8m) on the roadside SE-SW. The W pier of the entrance gate has an inscription on its E face which is indecipherable apart from the date 181(?)3, which probably commemorates the construction of the graveyard wall. The graveyard is now closed for burial and the headstones date from c. 1730-2003. All the headstones have been recorded and are accessible at this web-page accessed on 10/09/2019: https://historicgraves.com/graveyard/moybologue-old/cv-mool
