May originally have been a rath later transformed into a tree-ring. Raised circular area (int. dims. 27.2m N-S; 24.7m E-W) enclosed by an earthen bank and traces of a fosse or trench identifiable only from SW-W-N. Original entrance not recognisable. Interior planted with coniferous trees.
