A three storey and attic building is depicted at Lismore (70) in Kilmore parish on the Down Survey Barony map of Clonmahon. See this web-page accessed on 11/04/2016 http://downsurvey.tcd.ie/down-survey-maps.php#bm=Clonmoghan&c=Cavan It is described as a 'Castle' in italic lettering on 183e ed. of the OS 6-inch map and as 'Site of' on 1876 ed. No visible remains at ground level. (ITA Survey 1946; Davies 1948a, 97)
