In rough grazing, on a W-facing slope which is largely covered with ferns and briars, on the S side of Lough Hyne. Two cupmarks, one circular (diam. 0.08m; D 0.02m) and the other oval (0.12m x 0.07m; D 0.03m), are visible on the upper surface of a roughly rectangular boulder (1.8m NW-SE; 1.4m NE-SW; H 0.75m) that slopes down to the W. There are also several naturally occurring depressions on the stone.
