What is recorded here

Incorporated into stone wall on E facing slope overlooking Lough Hyne. Subrectangular stone (H 2.04m; 0.87m; 0.34m) tapering towards top; long axis E-W. Seventeen cup-marks (max. diam. 0.17m) on S face; three incomplete cup-marks also noted. Example of rock art (CO150-028001-) to N. The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Cork. Volume 1: West Cork' (Dublin: Stationery Office, 1992).
