To the S of Skeam church (CO149-011002-), on Skeam island in Roaring Water Bay. Excavation, in advance of the buttressing of the church walls, uncovered the remains of a shell midden. Pottery dating to the 16th/17th century was included in the midden material. (Cotter 1991, 19-20)
