What is recorded here

Poorly preserved rectangular church (7.1m E-W; 3.45m N-S) in early ecclesiastical enclosure of Kilbrown (CO147-006002). Two upright slabs within church probably mark burials. The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Cork. Volume 1: West Cork' (Dublin: Stationery Office, 1992). In certain instances the entries have been revised and updated in the light of recent research.
