Horseshoe-shaped mound (L 8m; Wth 6m; H 0.95m) in pasture with stream to W and N. Opening to E (Wth 1.5m). Some burnt material removed from NW side: mound recently cleared of vegetation. The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Cork. Volume 1: West Cork' (Dublin: Stationery Office, 1992).
