In pasture, on steep NE-facing slope. Oval-shaped area (26m E-W; 22m N-S) enclosed by stone-built wall (max. H 1.7m) to N; stone wall atop scarp to S. Locally known as 'lios'. Standing stone (CO143-009002-) in E side of interior. The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Cork.
