In pasture, on gentle N-facing slope, overlooked by higher ground to NW, N and NE. Circular, slightly raised area (51m N-S; 49m E-W) enclosed by earthen bank (H 1.5m). Break in bank to SW (Wth 2m). Shallow depression (D 0.4m) inside and concentric with bank. The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Cork.
