Protestant graveyard mentioned by Burke (1918, 29) is near the junction of High Street and Chapel Street in Skibbereen. Named Chapel Grave Yard on O.S. 1st ed. map and Grave Yd. on 2nd ed. Walled frontage on Chapel Lane; gateway at NW corner. Seldom used; several headstones and chest tombs. (Zajac et al. 1995, 90)
