In outcropping rock, on a steep SW-facing slope, c. 50m NE of the shoreline. Two irregularly shaped hollows (0.72m x 0.8m; D 0.42m and 1.25m x 1.15m; D 0.35m, respectively) in the rock are filled with water. According to local information, there is a local tradition of monks walking across the hill to collect water from the well. In the 1940s it was recorded as a spa or holy well which was much frequented (ITA).
