In pasture on lower N side of low ridge overlooking Argideen river estuary. Roughly circular area (c. 30m E-W) divided N-S by townland boundary. According to local information, bank of earth and stone (H c. 1.2m) with external fosse; levelled on W side c. 1983. E side heavily overgrown; earthen bank (H 0.8m) SE->S.
